Seasonal Ales 2023

8th November 2022

After the success of our Brewery Alive inspired 2022 seasonal range. We’re back with some incredible ales for our 2023 seasonal range. The identity of a ‘modern-traditional brewer’ is at the core of all our decisions, so for 2023, we’re making the seasonal range feel more a part of our core family of beers, all whilst having their own personality and point of difference from our usual range. This is in the style of pump clip and how it sits on the bar to bring harmony to the beer line up. Make no mistake, these ales will be outstanding, and we cannot wait to introduce them.

Winter Ale. Available January to February.

A 4.1% single hop, red ale giving beautiful flavours of caramel, toffee and buttered toast. Inspired by the frostiest season, this session red is perfect for taking away the winter chills, with a faultless balance of roasted grains for a warming finish

Spring Dew. Available March to June.

A 4.5% Hallertau Bock which flaunts its classic German qualities; German Hallertau hops and Munich malt. It has a light fruitiness and freshness, inspired by early alpine mornings. This larger-ale hybrid is Bock in style but with the body and characteristics of a fine, premium ale.

Summer Pale. Available July to August

Drop it like it’s hot. The perfect summer, sessionable ale. At 3.8%, Calypso hops give a crisp, tropical flavour with hints of lime and citrus, further sweetened with dextrin malts to savour throughout.

Autumn Drop. Available September to Mid-November

Our 4.3% Autumn Drop brew is perfect for those cosy evenings by the roaring fire in our pubs. Brewed using roast barley and red crystal malt, giving a copper red appearance and flavours of blackcurrant and light spice coming from the addition of Bramling Cross hops. The variety of malts in this brew boast a beautiful, toasted flavour to finish.

Plum Pudding. Available Mid November to December.

The same timeless, plum-packed recipe…but with a new design to go with this wonderful seasonal collection of 2023.

It’s safe to say we cannot wait for our 2023 plans to come into action, it may be the best yet.
