Tasting Notes

After brewing an astonishing 52 different styles of craft beer in 2023, we’re launching cycles of 4 beers at a time throughout 2024. These will feature some familiar brews as well as some new and refined brews.

Our Kolsch style tropical ale has a golden hue and vibrant clarity. Bursting with tropical fruit and fresh orange flavours, it offers a refreshing, crisp taste with a smooth finish. Perfectly balanced with a subtle malt backbone, it's an ideal choice for sunny days or pairing with light, zesty dishes.
