At JW Lees we offer different agreements to suit your needs.

Our PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT is like a traditional tenancy whereby our Pub Partner pays a rent and runs the pub as their own business, with full autonomy over the retail offer.

Our RETAIL AGREEMENT is more akin to a franchise, whereby JW Lees stipulate the retail offer and the Retail Operator provides the human resource that makes it all happen and in return receives a commission as their fee.

RETAIL AGREEMENT
