Tasting Notes
Mountains of new wave hops in a modern take on the amber ale. The bitterness from a pale ale, with a touch of chocolate malt to add a sweetness and make it "Not Quite Pale...". Simcoe and Strata hops layer rich, tropical and stone fruit flavours before being dry hopped twice for extra intensity. The hops also contribute to a slight natural haze.
