We are currently, recruiting for an Assistant General Manager, for The Duke of Gloucester,
Crewe, Cheshire.

As the Assistant of this quality operation :

• You should have a strong food and liquor background
• You should have managerial experience of an assistant manager level
• Have a passion to succeed and progress through the business up to GM level
• Have a very positive, customer service driven outlook
• A basic knowledge of back of office, including paperwork.
• Be computer literate
• Be able into integrate into a large team and be able to demonstrate the following
  skills, to motivate, to develop, to recruit, to train, to monitor, give feedback &
  support to both the front of house and the kitchen team
• Must be able to manage The Duke in the absence of other managers and will be expected
  to be an ambassador for The Duke when attending meetings and training courses.
