Chef required for food led operation.

Experience within a similar role is essential together with experience of high
volume fresh cooked to order food.

Must be hard working, committed and self motivated as well as excellent standards in all
operations of kitchen management.

Duties to include, preparation of specials, stock control and ordering via intranet
systems, sales analysis, training developing, and motivating the kitchen team, managing
budgets and profit and loss, maintaining standards in presentation and hygiene.
