A traditional, no-nonsense, three-year, non-assignable agreement with a full purchase tie.
This means J.W. Lees own the pub and are responsible for structural repairs while you maintain
the interior, and focus on running the pub.
The agreement is supported by a code of practice and full support from a dedicated team
back at the Brewery who want to help you get on with running the pub.
What you will need:
- A strong desire to work for yourself
- A minimum deposit of £5,000 and capital to purchase the stock and fixtures & fittings.
- A personal license (legal requirement to run any pub - JW Lees can help with this)
- A business plan
- Great people skills
